They finally arrived: speculaas planken! Choose from three different sizes. For more than 200 years Dutch bakers have used moulds like these to make their speculaas. If you choose the giftpack, it will include a jar of speculaas kruiden / biscuit spices (blended to our own secret recipe), the speculaas recipe, instructions to use the mould and rice flour to dust your new mould.
